Orders that weigh less than 1.5 lbs will generally ship by USPS Priority Mail. Orders over 1.5 lbs will ship by UPS, FedEx or DHL. Orders shipped by the postal service are NOT insured unless the customer specifically requests insurance. Orders shipped by UPS, FedEx or DHL are automatically insured up to $100. HCL is not responsible for damages that have occured during shipment although we will help the customer file a claim and do what we can to help. HCL is not responsible for damage that occurs after an order has been delivered to the appropriate address.
We hope you are enjoying your purchase from us. If the purchase did not meet your expectations, we will be happy to issue a refund in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost. You must e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of order. We will make every effort to correct this problem within a timely manner.
All returned items must be in original condition and undamaged.
